Update June 29th - The Summer Weekend Festival starts!

Hey everyone, here's the news for our latest update!

Summer Weekend Special

It is getting sunny and warm over here, and we want to share the summer fun! Prepare for weekends full of action and excitement with the Big Farm Summer Weekend Special festivities!

Here's a first glimpse of what you can look forward to:

 Summer Weekend Fireworks

To celebrate the summer time, every weekend multiple fireworks will pop up over your farmhouse for a limited amount of time! While the firework lasts, you will be granted a bonus on all of the dropped items you collect!

- Fireworks will show up over your farmhouse at random times
- Each fireworks period will last for a limited amount of time
- During the fireworks you will get double the amount of dropped items for tasks you would usually collect by harvesting during themed events (e.g. firewood, etc). This will not affect your actual harvest products.
- “A Hero for Piggles” and “The bees are loose!” events will not be affected.

 Summer Weekend Ice Cream Cart

It's hot outside and your workers could really use some refreshment! Tell them to cheer up, 'cause the ice cream cart will visit your farm!

- The ice cream cart will drive onto your farm and park near your horse ranch
- When it arrives, you can open a new event by clicking on it
- Donate fruits and milk and you will receive ice cream, which will help raising the happiness for all your workers

 Summer Weekend Horse Trainer

During the weekends a special horse trainer will visit your farm to help train your precious horses! Expect a nice bonus on your horse ranch during the festivities!

- The horse trainer bonus will boost the speed of all training lessons
- The horse trainer bonus will also reduce the horseshoe costs for training
- While the bonus is active, you will see a special indicator in your training menu and above the training facilities.

 Summer Weekend Racing Farmer

The weekend edition of the Racing Farmer is out and will keep you up to date on all festivities!

- The Summer Weekend Racing Farmer will let you know about all Summer Weekend events for the upcoming weekend
- The Summer Weekend Racing Farmer replaces the regular Racing Farmer, and it will appear every weekend instead!
- It will only show Summer Weekend events planned for the upcoming weekend, no regular events or news.

All boosters will also have an indicator in the upper part of your game screen!

Fairy Tale changes:

On difficulty levels 5 and 6, you will now be able to additionally win a new appearance, the “Seven dwarfs’ simple house”, a fairy tale themed residential building

Additional Changes

- A new island farm-themed residential appearance, the “Seaside simple house”, for your main farms will be added to the island farm rewards.

- You will now be able to buy an additional construction slot for all temporary farm events (Northern Lights farm, Island farm, etc). While only the additional slot is in use, you will still be able to build on both your permanent main farms or the temporary farm using your regular construction slot.

If both slots for the temporary farm are in use, you can not build anything else for the duration of the construction.

- Animation for the rustic windmill has been added

- A new "Offer of the month" will be added, and it will feature a brand new animated Appearance: The "Steampunk Windmill"

 - For our US players (and of course for everyone else) we will offer a special 4th of July package in the game, including a great eagle decoration, a nice flag and a “Presidential simple house” appearance inspired by the White House!

- ..and of course we will fix as many bugs as possible!
