That has been suggested before and I think its a good idea because everyone contributes to the co-op funds. Everyone should be able to see where & how those funds are used.

I also think it's a good idea, especially in coops with several deputies. I think everyone in a coop would like to see who is spending donated funds. :)

Totally agree that way if some one is abusing the funds we could narrow it down!!

Would be a good idea, for make the things total transparent but anyway the dollars and gold donated to the coop can only be used in benefit of the cooperative and never in own benefit to the deputy or leader, so i dont see a problem there.

Not quite there @Ros7 (US1)  we ran across some trouble with a former member of our co op who drained the co op account for a specific event that was going on that we all agreed not to take part in. After weeks of messaging and trying to tell who was telling the truth and who was not, we were able to narrow it down to one person who has since been removed from our co op and guess what no more wild spending of the co op funds for 1 person. No it did not benefit the co op as a whole.

Not having to interrogate members of your coop to see who spent the coop's money(whether accidental or intentional) would be nice. I think giving more control to the coop leader as to who can use the coop's treasury would be good, as it would prevent misuse. Worst case is that the leader uses the money without consent from the coop, but considering the coop leader already has the power to kick anyone and everyone out, it doesn't make the worst case any more concerning.

I am agree with you @Rezalik (US1) about give more benefits to the cooperative leader, and the leader I guess will use the founds with sense always...we choose a cooperative for enter, so is easy if we are not agree about the rules or the way the leader manage it we always are free to leave the coop and go to another one, and the leader many times is also the founder of the coop so, I guess has the complete rights to kick to everyone that is useless in the coop.

And I am sorry @Data King (US) about the member of your cooperative,i am sorry to hear that, this shouldn't happen, and if we start to talk about the problems in the cooperatives....well... we have a lot of problems in our coop with members that dont work and pretend to take the prizes always, and also we decided only have 1 deputy ( myself) and the leader, he and myself are the only ones that can spend the founds but we only do to pay researchs and start projects, we never use the founds for another things, we dont buy boosters cause for the way we like to work dont make sense buy them, our cooperative is very transparent and everyone knows always the founds we have and the founds we spend, and almost 90% of the times the leader and me ONLY ,are paying spots that we need for complete researchs with gold cause the members that we have many times dont want participate even with dollars, but they want the benefits, so....and this is also a big problem, don't work and don't pay but take the benefits always...be leader and deputy is a hard work too, my opinion is dont give too much power to many people, i dont understand why are cooperatives with more than 10 deputys....what for? this is a way to dont have control about the money and about the reactions they have when no body else is watching them too (buying boosters for own benefit during championships is one of the things they can do).
I guess every cooperative have them own strategies for do it, but I dont see it as a good idea, in my case for example, I do receive weekly some invitations for join another cooperatives and even without know what such of player or person I am they offer me a deputy place, this is very crazy, they dont do cause maybe I am a good player and I will do the things good in benefit of everyone, they only do for the people join their cooperatives...total crazy!
I am sorry for when I did give my opinion before about the comment and suggestion about have more control in the cooperatives, but I do admit I was thinking very innocent cause in our cooperative we dont have this problems, we have another such of problems, but I am agree with you both guys, for many another cooperatives surelly this will be good.

(please.sorry for my english if I am not very clear explaining) blush:

I agree with you Ros, in that it's not a good idea to have too many Deputies, but on the other hand you must realize that in order to keep the members you have, you need to reward their efforts with a deputy position if you don't want to lose them to another coop that promises a Deputy position just for joining. It's a catch 22.
Damned if you do and damned if you don't.  ;)

Yes @farmerjohn 22 (US1) you are right too... in our case we prefer accept if they leave cause some other cooperatives are offering to them a position that we dont give, before to have members that perjudice the cooperative taking advantage of the founds of the group.
Not everyone is this way but you never know....
If the players are comfort and happy with the cooperative they will be loyal, the members we have in our cooperative are there cause they feel good being part of the group, til now since we started the cooperative just two members left for go to another cooperatives and not for a deputy position they did cause they wanted better prizes in the cooperative championships, and also cause they wanted more money cause this cooperatives has all the researchs completed,  we have to do a lot of efforts to get good prizes, the rest of the members that left was cause they was removed for don't work and dont participate in the researchs and projects.
I think if the cooperatives have dialogue and interact in chat with all the members, asking for their opinions before to do something as researchs or proyects and talking about strategies of the game and even personal stuff as is our case in our cooperative, everyone feels good and they feel  that realy they are part very importan and active in the team where their opinions have a value, they dont leave easy.

Agree with both Ros7 (US1) & farmerjohn 22 (US1) Now we have a great group of people with us that like to play and help out with research and co op projects. Even par take in these Co op Challenges. As for the number of deputies that depends on the co op and how they want it run or managed. For us no one is assigned to deputy status unless they have earned it by playing helping out with researches and co op projects. Most have to be with us for some time and move up player levels before they have earned the right to become a deputy in our group. We also take votes on who has earned that right and who has not. If the majority of the group thinks they have earned it then they get promoted, if not then they just stay a member. As both you (Ros7 (US1)) & farmerjohn 22 (US1) have said if they want to be a part of the group then they will stay and work toward the goals as a team or leave to join another co op.
