If ten players are willing to spend $1000. per month and 1000 players are willing to spend $20, per month then it is obvious that a $20. target will reap more profits. It is apparent that GG does not know the comfort level of its customers.
#2 Eliminate the ability to buy you way through the game and the game events.
Instead of making everything available to those willing and able to spend the money, offer an affordable system that allows everyone to participate with a moderate outlay of money. The library system we have at present is a very acceptable system though maybe a bit too expensive for most. I we had the ability to hire farm hands on a monthly basis that would give bonuses depending on their skills to fields, orchards, stables, bakery, shop and distillery, I am sure many would invest the money required.
Conclusion: Keeping the library and the ability to hurry production and implementing a farm hand system should generate enough money to make this a very lucrative game for GG and a much more enjoyable game for the customers.
