Support RE: eggs over 10 days

A silent visitor is hopeless. 1st day finished in under 12 hours so only got 6 eggs and have got 10 eggs every day since yet only have 66 eggs and it is day 8 of 10. Contacted support but they never reply at all ever.

    Was told that they already extended the event by a day to make up for it. Atm it says 66hrs left and it's about to go to day 9 out of 10 for me so it seems to be the case. 
    Edit: Nvm, it seems like it doesn't include the 2nd day where you only got the 6. From my understanding(as I joined in the middle of the event), they skipped the first day and ~19 hours for the 2nd day. Support doesn't seem to respond to many people in general from what I've read. Sorry to hear that :/

    Support will respond to reports of true problems and trouble with the game. Yes it make take them a few days but they do respond. If one can supply them with detailed information of the problem and or trouble they are having with the game. They can look into it faster. The wording of the report one sends in can make a big difference as well ;)

    I don't know which support your talking about, I have lost gold 4 times and NEVER GOT ANY REPLY IN WELL OVER 6 MONTHS..so don't try and stick up for this game and their developers, reality is they are without a doubt the worst customer support I have ever encountered,this game will be gone sooner than later, it is quite obvious there is a lot of prejudice towards the US server,just by their own actions  proves my statement.Over 1500 people work for this company, so your telling me they don't have enough people to correspond with the players?

    I am not trying to stick up for the developers.
     I  have had problems and trouble with the game as well. But I have also sent support my reports on the trouble and have gotten a reply and got the problem fixed.
     If you have gotten a confirmation email from them. Then your report has gone through. Reply through that email for that problem. Sending more than 1 email or request for support on the same thing will not get your trouble or problem solved any sooner. Try to supply as much information as you can.
     Remember they do not work on weekends. I would check you emails again to see if you got a confirmation that your report to support about your missing gold went through. If you did get a confirmation email, use that to reply through to follow up on your request for support.

    Not sure but it shows that there is 23 hours left so you should have time to find your last 10 or less eggs that you missed from the first day. If you have missed more than 10 eggs then you will not be able to complete the event and earn the bunny bungalow.

    Mine has not  reset. says I have 22 hours and 39 mins. left Says I have found 99 eggs, but basket says I found 10 for today. I missed 1 egg the 6 hr. day but it won't reset and let me find it

    It will, I just can not tell you exactly when. I suggest to check every 3 hours.

    The eggs have been resetting at midnight EST so I assume that's when they'll reset tonight. I hope it does reset so everyone can finish the event.

    I wonder if the reset will occur an hour earlier now that Europe has begun DST today.
  • My Easter event shows day 11 of 10 now;  did you guys get your replacement eggs? I didn't get anymore eggs, but I found all 100 of mine. I hope you guys got more to find!   :)

    Mine shows the same & I got all 100 eggs also, but I can say a fellow co-op member that was short 2 eggs on the first day was able to find them now. :)

    A few of the members of our co op were able to find their last eggs that they missed on day 1. :)

    I paid over 2,000 coins for the gift and no, they have not responded to report that I made over a week ago about the egg hunt. This game is getting more and more frustrating. Nothing ever works properly. No the quest started with only 2 days to complete. What is going on with the developers?
