We need a Moderator who will answer questions

Many posts were made this weekend questioning the timing of the Easter Event.  No moderator has come on here to answer any of those questions.  No one has said they would check with the developers to report the problems we have posted.  No one has answered any of the questions we have all posted over the last few weeks.  At best, we get a perfunctory "yes we'll check on that" and then no follow-up answer is ever posted. 

If you agree we need a working moderator on this forum, please express your feelings about this subject below.

I feel like I am whistling in the wind and no one can hear me.

  • your kidding right? they had players put inapplications for moderator for months,then they turned around and just added a moderator from another forum to ours,as with many things these developers do it doesn't make any sense.Players need to boycott this game and see if you can get a reaction,asking nicely doesn't work,writing support DEFINATELY doesn't work, people just keep playing and they just keep avoiding any problems,been that way for well over a year now and just gets continually worse.

  • sending Support any ticket DEFINITELY DOES NOT WORK. I sent a request back in early January to have my account deleted, and to date, they STILL HAVE NOT DELETED IT.

    I have no faith whatsoever in anything GGS "says" or does.

    Did you get any kind of response from them? I had an old account deleted a while back & I had to confirm my info before they would delete it. If you never purchased gold on that account, it should get deleted after 6 months of inactivity.

    Thanks a lot!  I've been playing almost a yr. & have bought gold once & that was after I had been here over 6  months.  Most of the time I play daily.
    I guess that means you don't think I should be playing at all.

    I agree that sending problems to support does not work & you do not get answers or real resolutions.  I have some from last summer that were never answered.
    But I don't use gold much, so maybe I don't deserve an answer.

    I disagree that sending or reporting problems and trouble with the game to support does not work or get real answers.
     I have been with this game since Aug./13. I rarely buy Gold. I had a problem with feeding my cows a while back. Every time I tried to feed them the game would freeze up. Closed the browser and cleared history logged back in and it continued.
     I noted the date and time what happened and as many details as I could and sent it into support. Got my confirmation email so I know it went through. Used only that email for all replies to that problem. With in a few days about 3, every thing was working fine. Yes it took a few days out of almost 3 years to get a problem resolved. But it did get resolved.
     Maybe being a rare Gold buyer may have some thing to do with and how long it takes to get a response. But does the message you send when you are reporting a problem and or trouble with the game. If you do not send them information about the trouble and or problem with the game, they may never know there is trouble and or a problem with the game. It will never be or get fixed if indeed it is a problem and or trouble with the game.
