I have been very upset about the unfairness of the missions...when you have a 17 against a 138 or a 55 against 227 how fair is this. Certainly not helping the 17 to want to play or is there any incentive for the 55...no competition. No fun. If it is money you want us to spend don’t you think you would get more if the levels were closer? People would be competing with each other to gain control of the mission. Bea
If we shut Down Our Coop, what happends With the Money and the gold?
Actually, about 4-5 cooperative members come on every day or every 2 days, excluding me. I apologize for the mistake.
I do think the challenge was unfair when only the top coop won anything, but now that the top 10 coops get a reward & also there are 110 hardwork rewards too, I think coops should just find the level they are prepared to reach & collect all the rewards within their range & if other coops want to spend more gold, to win more rewards or to try & get #1, that is their choice. At the end of the day, it is a contest, whether you agree with gold spending or RP bonus's or not, it makes no difference, the same options are available to all coops, so it is "fair".
1-the missions were played within leagues, rookies against rookies, gold level against gold level, etc. Even if that means some missions will have only a few players.
and
2-If the various prizes were the exact same for all leagues. It takes more work for a rookie than a gold level player when they are pitted against each other, and the rookies shouldn't be penalized for having to fight an uphill battle.
That was clearly not only achieved by clicking super seeds, which at his level he wouldn't have many of anyway.
So how would that fit your reasoning? You're thinking in terms of Hard Work Event where players of the same level (more or less) are pitted against each other.
How are players from a Rookie league penalised by being in a mission with a player from not necessarily a "higher" league, but one who speeds harvests up?
Try comparing the rep points earned when very little amounts are harvested to the rep points earned when one or several other players have a decent go at a mission: you'll realise that even when finishing last, you still earn more in the second case than in the first.
@ashim (IN1) you do realise that what is presented as a game has in fact a commercial purpose? There is absolutely no reason for GGS to not throw the temptation to buy and use gold!
Most games nowadays can be played for free of course, but all offer to go faster, further, buy new kits and features if one is willing to part with his money.
As once again brilliantly explained by @RunsWivScissors (GB1), we all know the settings and limits of BigFarm, which we accept even if at times we would like them to be twisted to fit better our needs and wishes.
Anyhow even if the gold feature was entirely removed (which will NOT happen), we'd have people complaining about "he/she has 2 bigger fields than me so it's unfair for me and I want to be pitted against people with the exact same farm as I have"....
