Premium Feed on the Ring Menu

At the moment this dangles below the SuperFeed which, in turn, dangles below the PremiumFeed and I find it difficult/irritating to have to mouse with extreme precision to reach it. In addition to this it often wants to disappear off the bottom of the screen.
What do you think of the idea of moving it to dangle off the Ordinary Feed? (and the same for Humus too)

    Hmmm - yep, see what you mean...and I agree.

    Maybe there shouldn't be dangling more than only 1 other "feed" below. F.i. super feed under seaweed and premium feed under the ordinary feed....

    Yeah, actually :) We forwarded this when it came up after the lab, and our game designers already made a task for it, as far as I know. It will still need to be prioritized, but I'm hopeful that the issue will be approached with one of the next few updates.

    I agree with that too. Especially when seaweed feed is insufficient, it stays on "top rank", kind of hiding the presence of premium feed, (if one doesnt always keep track of task rewards and remembers to have it) 

    Just clicking on the cowshed to feed I see this, insufficient seaweed feed, 

    only when hovering the mouse over the  seaweed feed, do I see I also have premium feed
     
    Which is of course always a nice surprise finding it on occasion :) 
    So yeah, I too think rearranging the ring menu could help.

    I agree that the ring could use some adjustments. I forget about my super & premium feed because I never see it unless I move the cursor over the seaweed feed. The feed list is kinda long and as Uncle John said, it goes off the page sometimes. I like Jiesta's idea about moving the premium feed under the regular feed. That would help a bit. :)

  • I agree it needs changing too. I find it weirdly awkward to scroll down that list for some reason, my cursor gets all drunk & offcourse & then the list closes & I have to start again.... Its like a game in a game. Even making the list go horizonatlly instead of vertically would help, I drive better in straight lines than downhill hehe

    Also, maybe the list should show the items in order of how much you have (largest amount 1st). That way the insufficient amounts would go to the bottom/end.

    There is a really simple solution that would eliminate this problem. Make it so that the list is already extended when the ring is opened, so that there is no need to hover the cursor over the button to get it to open.  If you click on a pen that needs to be fed, the list of feeds would already be there, and you would only need to move the cursor to the feed you wanted.  And clicking on a field ready for planting would open the ring with the last-seed-type button already extended.

    I would really like to see this done with the field. I almost always want to plant the last seed, but on my computer moving the cursor over the plant-seed button is not always reliable in causing the last seed button to extend.  It would be so much nicer if that button was already extended when the ring was opened.

    Now we have a Laboratory this is becoming a constant irritation. Any chance of the developers tweaking this?
