Account not accessible

Ok, we have winner: one of my coop members (older, slightly naive and a bit simple-minded ) gave his password  :( to a new member of our coop. 
Of course this person opened the account, gave the coop a whole lot of gold, changed the password and logged off (more than happy to provide the name of this person when a mod asks for it).
The original owner of this account does not have an active email address which makes it impossible to retrieve the new pass word. 
Is there any other way to get back to his account (and I know that a player is supposed to report these kind of problems him/herself but he doesn't speak english, can't find his way around the forum etc etc).

    the only way to regain access to the account will be to contact Support. 

    Setting up a free e-mail address should be easy, no matter the language. As for sending a request to Support, translated messages, e.g. via Google translator, should suffice in order to get the point accross. 

    This person will have to contact Support herself, though, as they will ask a couple questions only the account owner will know in order to verify that they're the rightful owner of the account.

    That means he hacked the person's account!!!!!! :confused: 
    He didn't "hack" the person's account.  They gave him access with their password.  Hacking is a different matter entirely.

    thanks for your reply. I think I have to help this player to set up a new e-mail account and try to guide him to find his way to support. He really doesn´t have a clue about what he is doing (well giving away your password says it all).
