how to get more workers? I only have 3

    To get more workers you have to upgrade your house and build several simple houses.

    You also get more workers by upgrading your farmhouse on the main farm, and cabins on the gourmet and flower farm. You might only be able to upgrade your simple houses to a certain degree, depending which level you are, in that case just build more lvl1 simple houses. You will be notified when you reach a higher level that allows you to upgrade your existing houses.

    Fertilizer is produced by the silo. You might be able to get some from an event or a mission, but the main source will be the silo ;)
