Test server- unable to get on.

I am not able to get onto the Test server now or before. I logged in with my email address that I used to set up this game and all I got was a pop up stating,"The name you have entered is not valid." I then tried my farm name, same pop up showed. Has anyone had this problem before. I have tried emailing goodgames about this and all I got was a message saying that there is a problem and the email was not sent, please try again later.
Now I don't have the option of getting on the test server.

    Hey @Tweety Farm (US1) the test server is currently on a break which is why you're unable to login there. We'll let you guys know once we have more information about the reopening of the test server. :)

    Thanks for letting me know that. I really want to know why I have not been able to get on the test server at all.

    When tried to get back in the game was unable to do so tried everything I could think of
