This affects the live server also. I don't know if it's been reported there, however.
The highest level of information on a building will cause a glitch. Up until the latest level, you can click 'back' and view previous levels of requirements for each building without problem. The update that introduced and even higher level of build seems to have introduced this problem: Once you view the highest level of a building, viewing previous level requirements no longer updates the information of rewards/requirements.
