Unable to upgrade T&T/M&M factory

We donate all materials to upgrade the  T&T factory to lvl2 and proceded to upgrade, this brought me to the interface for adding materias but I noticed that  instead of the needed 18 tiles there is 20 added,there's no possibility to take 2 back. I have exactly the same issue , donate to T&T factory, it has accepted too much material and on trying to upgrade , just returns to donation page . There are no other upgrades in progress in the village , village xp level is high enough and there is no production in the factory .

I am having the same problem with the mineral and metal factory.  won't let me upgrade to level 2.  Just show the materials screen. Which is fully loaded.

Our Mineral Factory is ready to build.  We have one vote (need 2). Another player voted, and it says we still need votes. Different player also voted and same thing, will not start building.  Is there a big bug there.  We even used gold to speed it up. . . thinking we had the votes.  Please help.  We are a small village cooperative.

I understand your problem. We can't upgrade textile factory since 2 weeks (almost). We have all the materials, no other upgrading, no producing, so everything is okay, but cannot start upgrading. And the most sad that we didn't get any answer (neither from the support) although we asked it several times. (

Joeppy!! I finally managed to upgrade the factory. I noticed that every day when I loged-in some of the previously completed materials had disminished by a few and completed them again. Today same situation but I also noticed (again) that the cooperative Icon-button next to the adding materials button was grey (unactive) on the completed added items but green(active) on the uncompleted items, when I clicked on it got the message that I could fasten up the proces of completing materials by donating gold or Village Dollars, I added the requested dollars and this finally give the message that upgrade could begin and the voting interface apeared

Conclusion: 

Bug: 
If all materials necessary are added (in some cases) the cooperative Icon-button is inactive and you can't procede with the voting and upgrade, but you will be able to upgrade by leaving  an uncompleted material and finish the proces by adding Village-Dollars or gold

Sending any thing to support regarding the test server will NOT be answered. This is what this forum is for. Only the co op leader and or deputy can start the upgrade after the required amount of votes are in.

Had same problem trying to upgrade T&T factory, all material donated,no production, no other upgrades. After the 1% break penalty removed, used dollars to finish donation and upgrade then possible.
