"Happy Hound" Avatar - Thankyou Email, Not Received

HI Everyone,

We would like a list of players that did not receive the thankyou email to their "live" farm account, which contained a voucher code for the Happy Hound avatar, so that we can investigate the matter further.

If you created a farm on the Test Server, using the same email address that is on your live farm & you did not receive the Happy Hound email, please post on this thread including the name & server for your live farm & the name on your test farm (if it is different).

  • Please check your spam/junk folder in your email before posting.
  • Please DO NOT post about any other email issues, this list is ONLY for the Happy Hound thankyou email.
  • Please DO NOT post any other bugs, comments or questions.

    Salut à tous,

    Nous aimerions avoir une liste des joueurs qui n'ont pas reçu le mail de remerciement pour le compte de leur "vraie" ferme, mail qui contenait le code d'un bon pour l'avatar du Chien heureux, afin de pouvoir mener des investigations à ce sujet.

    Si vous avez créé une ferme sur le Serveur test en utilisant la même adresse email que sur votre vraie ferme et si vous n'avez pas reçu l'email du Chien heureux, s'il vous plaît, postez ici en mentionnant votre pseudo et le serveur de votre vraie ferme ainsi que votre pseudo sur votre ferme test (s'ils sont différents).



    Vérifiez les spams et la corbeille de votre email avant de nous envoyer votre message
    NE POSTEZ sur aucun autre problème de courrier, cette liste est SEULEMENT pour le Chien heureux.

    My  name at test sever is Anymany.

    I have not received the email with voucher.

    I do not receive the WELCOME GIFT.

    I have changed email adress 2 years ago by email support
    and I have lost previous email adress.
    The present mail address should be registered then.

    Still is it necessary to register with getting WELCOME GIFT?

    I didn't receive the Happy Hound email.
    I am using the same username "t_mao" on JP1 and Test server.

    I didn't receive the email for the dog avatar. I contacted support to make sure I hadn't unsubscribed from emails. They verified that my email address is still on the mailing list for both accounts. I signed up using the same email on both of my accounts, US1 and test server. I use gmail & usually mail from Big Farm goes to the promotions tab. I checked all areas of my email just to be sure but I never got any email regarding my live account. I received the email gifts for the test server just fine.

    I didn't receive the email for the dog avatar. I contacted support to make sure I hadn't unsubscribed from emails.     Hiya. :)

    I didn't receive the Happy Hound voucher either. The emails for welcome gifts for the testserver (in the first week) arrived without a problem as did the confirmation for bying gold. Nothing in my spam folder either. I, too, am using gmail and have never had a problem with emails from GGS.
