If we open an account on the test server with the same email adress but with another username password than our regular server the game doesn't start normaly :no tutorial, the world map doesn't appear, we get a small farm with a field and a chicken coop that we are unable to harvest.
I suppose (and hope) users in this situation must write to the support to suppress their test server account to be able to create a new one with the same username and email adress than the ones used on their regular server.
On the other hand an account with another mail and username than the ones used on the regular server works correctly.

Its posted in the rules that we shouldn't contact support for issues with the test server. We have this test forum to report any issues. The support team has to deal with the live accounts for all GGS games. This is from the official announcement...
"- Please do not write emails/tickets to our support teams regarding bugs on the Test server. This will be taken care of by us and our QA Team, too. Sending mails to our support team only takes away their time from answering about problems on the actual live servers. Thank you
- Please don't ask support to delete your account on the test server. In case your support query being unclear, the risk of accidentally asking for deletion of your main account would be too high. Keep this in mind."
I'm pretty certain this can't be done on some other regular servers.
The French server for my case, and some others by reading some messages in the test forum relating same symptoms (ie the tutorial doesn't start, small farm with a field and a chicken coop that we are unable to harvest, ...) coming from users using other regular servers.
The problem for users in this case is that they will not be able to get rewards or bonus offered for their live account after the test.
This could be considered as a test server bug imho.

As an FR server's user reports he has the case with same username, same email but another password (my case being another username, same email and another password), it seems it is accounts with same email but with a different password causing the problem (not same email and same username as I said previously).

Make sure that you are using a regular browser tab & NOT a private or incognito window.
If you try to use a private window, the server name will just keep switching back each time you try to change it.

I have to stop playing test farm for these issues.
I had this problem for the second time only now.
I start my account on the NL server, open another tab to load my test account and switch to the testserver.
Most of the time it works normal, but now for the second time It quite simply won't load the login screen at all. I have used CC cleaner to clean the registry multiple times, I have rebooted the PC (last time that fixed the problem), but for some reason it just will not load. I tried in Google chrome and it loads without any problem (but chrome is gonna block flash in September so that's not a lotta help haha)
