Anyone from LT1 with info about when your CC started, please post.
There is a hotfix coming to AU1, IN1 & NL1, to hopefully bring you
all the events that you are currently missing. Sorry, we know you didn`t
want the CC, but I am sure you want Steve, Greta, Twins etc & they
are all coming together.
Great work everyone at filling in the blanks
& even pointing our some holes we didn`t know we had, with the
rankings & village league. As you know the offices are closed today
for a public holiday, so we will find out tomorrow what is to happen
about the missing rewards.
@sdstc (TR1)@t_mao (JP1) We reported for both of your servers too, so I do not know why you still don`t have the CC
CM_Hunter is aware of the situation & will be chasing it up
tomorrow & you can contact him directly for any issues, while you do
not have Mods on your forums.
For this WWC we have done away with the old calendar! For those of you
who are familiar with it you will also know that it was often incorrect
to start with and required a hotfix to update, with further hotfixes if
we wanted to alter it again for you. To avoid that we have decided to
provide you with a Google calendar you can use instead. It's something
we can keep more up to date and correct very quickly if issues are
found, along with there being no downtimes required to update it!

Basic Guide So
you've clicked on the link and been transported to a new world of
dates! If you do not have a Google account you may need to create one
(don't worry, alternative option available later). Once you have
accessed the calendar you will see the titles and dates of the events
throughout May. Times will not be shown so don't worry if you can't see
them, nobody can. Although we tried to color the calendar nicely for
you, shared calendars appear to revert to a single color when opened.
You can right click on each event to change the color for yourself if
it's easier for you to read it that way. You can also click up in the
top right to switch between daily, weekly and monthly views to get the
breakdown as you want to see it. Finally, you can turn calendars on and
off in the bottom left list, if this is your first Google calendar you
may have a local holidays calendar active that you can turn off if it's
in the way. If you have other calendars you can turn them on and off
from here.
Alternative If you're not a fan of Google
calendars or just want a handy reference we have also created the
calendar image below. Bear in mind that we will not update this image,
so if any changes occur it will become outdated but it is correct at the
time of posting.

that you may have, depending on your previous experience with them, so
we have set up a Feedback thread HERE
where you can post any problems you are having with it, so that we can

know that a lot of you have been waiting for news about your missing

straight forward case where no one got their rewards on specific
servers, which would have been a fairly simple fix. However, it now
appears that some people got some rewards, some got all, some got none
& it was not restricted to just a few servers. Which means that, in
order for you to get the specific rewards that you worked for (rather
than the same reward for everyone as a compensation) you will need to submit a ticket to Support
- I hear you all groan, but it should not be too bad, as they have been
informed what to do, just make sure you give as much info as you can
about exactly which rewards you are missing & from which event and
hopefully everything will run smoothly. :
In other news:
You
have no doubt noticed that the HWE currently has the old reward set,
with less rewards & easier numbers, as well as the new bonus system -
This will mean that, for this run of the event, a lot of you should
find it easy to get all of the rewards. - However, this will be adjusted
in future, to add back the additional rewards & balance the numbers
to take the bonus points into account.
Many of you have been
asking, "Where have all the Prime Spending offers gone?" - As you know
there were some issues with the calendar last month & now that
things are starting to get back on track, you should start to see Prime
Spending return next week.

今までどれだけの課金者たちが、なぜ？ゴールドを気持ちよく使わなくなったのか？ なぜゲームを辞めてしまったのか？ まだ気が付かないのかしら？？？ 楽しいゲームだと思ってきたのに、、、悲しいわ。。。
ちょっと考えれば、分るはず。。。 あぁ、自分のお財布から、お金出してないからか。。。笑
続けてしまうでしょうね。このいい加減な運営のゲームをつい信じてしまう。まあ夜に挽回しましょうね。

ということなのでただ「待つ」のではなく、「始まっていない」とサポートに連絡を入れるのが今できる唯一の手段ではないかと思います。すぐに対応してもらえるかはわかりませんが・・・
１，２００，０００ポイント獲得してミネラルを獲得して終わる予定でしたが、今朝開けてみるとほとんどポイントが動いていなくて、ミネラルがもらえていませんでした。
１時５０分ごろにお題がタンポポ変わり、収穫しましたが、収穫時計が「ー」のままで、働きののブースを開けると次のリンゴに変わっていました。リンゴをミネラル使ってポイント４で回してポイントが加算されていくのを確認して寝たんですが、やっぱり働き者のバグですか…(>_<)
働き者の魅力が少なくなってやる気が起きないのにさらにこんなバグが続くとやりたくないです。
GWであまり貢献できそうにないのでちょびっと朝のうちに頑張ってって思ったのに・・・

メンテの後にお題が入れ替わってGやミネを無駄にした事も何回もあります。
一生懸命やるほど腹が立ち、悲しくなるのでやりません。

昨日18：30頃？突然メンテが始まり、メンテ終了後に何事もなかったように、しれっとWWCと組合対抗バトルが開始されたようですね。。。予想通りといえば、予想通りでしたが。。。
いつもいつも、期待を裏切られているJAPANサーバーの面々は、多分呆れ返り、あまり過激な文句を言うこともなく、バトルミッションをこなしている様子（自分を含め）で、あぁ～～～と、釈然としない感覚を引きずっています。。。
なんかなぁ～～～もうちょっと、楽しく、気持ちよく、遊ばせてもらえないものかしら？？？ 海外のサーバーには、色々な情報が公開されているのに、日本サーバーでは、2週間以上も新しい情報が提供されておらず、バグは続き、それに対する説明や報告も、全くなく、いくらお休み中だとしても、納得できないですよね。。。
時短のご褒美が出ていない事は一応サポートに問い合わせしましたが、ずっと前に問い合わせた事の返事が昨日来たので、今回の返事はまだ何週間も先なのかな～と思ってます。
あんくさん。そのとおりです！！
抗議するのにも疲れ果て、ダラダラやっておりますが、
こんなに優しいに対応をプレーヤーがしてるのに、謝罪もアナウンスもないなんて！！
呆れるしかしかたないですかぁー運営さん？！

くらいしかないのですから、「影響範囲などを含め状況がクリアになった段階」を待ってたら残り期間が減ってしまい、納得できる対応ができなくなるのは火を見るより明らかです。

我々の置かれた状況がこんな感じです。
とりあえず謝罪なり、原因調査中なり連絡を入れて下さいませんか。
新しいイベントなどに力を入れている場合ではありません。
そもそも中途半端なキャットツリーやWWC開催期間外でのWWCポイントの報酬など手を入れるところは山積みではありませんか。
わざわざ発表した開発姿勢にのっとってキッチリとやって下さい。
