  Note the paragraph
  "Please be aware that due to the fact that the game itself is still targeted at PCs, playing the game on a mobile device could result in some unique errors, which cannot be accounted for."
  
  That is  - it may not work

  It was very nice when it worked . No with IOS 15 not anymore the moderators could heve a go. Very simple to say it may not work that's it.

  Moderators are just players like us. If you can;t make it work what makes you think they could ?
  The company have clearly stated that it is only by fluke that it works on any mobile device
