Missing Prize from Global Event

in Bug Reporting & Technical Issues
A Player in my coop choose the Level 5 Fertile Field but she cannot find it.  Where can it be found? or is there a glitch with the prizes?  Thanks

    Has anyone recieved their building from this event yet? I should be getting a field but no sign of it so far.

    Same here no sign of rural fertile field as yet  :|

    It is usual in DWs that the reward takes a few hours to be delivered

    As GPE is another global event I suspect the same is true for this

    I would not be concerned for a few hours yet

      Nope. The event broke with five minutes left. Wouldn't open, couldn't donate, no end notification, and no sign of the field I gave everything I had to win. And of course it's the weekend so no one around until Monday.

    het  zelfde  ik  ook  nog  niks.  is  laatste  maal  dat  we  meedoen  als  het  zo  zit

    This event ended a few hours ago,(3,5 hours) but I didn't get my reward.

    Is there a delay or did someting go wrong?

    Right, same thing happened to me, couldn't open it, couldn't donate, etc.  I should be getting a level 1 field.

    It isn't a matter of being impatient, it is reporting what happened just in case something goes wrong with our collecting of our prize.  :smiley:

    I figured there was a bit of a bug.
    It happens.
    Looking forward to my level 3 field.
    Hope you are having a Merry Christmas season.
    I am, even though I'm glad the grandkids weren't here when we put up the tree...

    They are all LEVEL ONE

    It will be a Quality 3 field .  Even Quality 1 is better than other fields
