How can a game do an upgrade that takes away from what players have already earned? upgrades are for players to move forward.

I am so angry about the change to the Farm Lab. You DONT take away from people what they already have paid for! If you wanted to add the extras then do it as extras NOT at the expense of what people have already earned.

Its actually put me off the game. If this sort of thing is what is going to happen in other areas then why bother? I'm still realitively new to the game, not a way to encourage confidence in new players to stick with it.

Special seeds can be made from Nursery. And we can make only special seeds from farm laboratory level 1-15.

Man, I am so sorry to note that the work of skilled people - programmers is decreased to zero by the inability of the GGS to have a PROFESSIONAL PR.
I teach management, I work with people, I ofer myself as volunteer if you want to hire me to make the communication things... ... because it's really a big shame how you managed to make a very bad impression instead of getting good feelings from the player with your work.
Unfortunately you have succed to UPSET every one AND IT'A A BIG SHAME.
Even the greatest product in the world, when there is a big competition between the companies, won't sell if you don't have a good pr and a good seller specialist.

Here is an example of communication for how the players should have been informed to perceive POSITIVELY the update and NOT THE BIGGEST disappointment EVER:

"

Dear players, we are pleased to announce a special update that will bring you new benefits through the new update of the laboratory, and now it will be easier for everyone to take it to a high level to unlock as many facilities as possible.

1. Production will now be based only on catalysts, which will be won at events not as before (1-2), but with tens and hundreds on each event, thus giving an additional motivation to play.

2. Only up to level 30 will it be upgraded to dollars at much smaller amounts than before = only tens of millions of dollars.

3. From level 31, the update will be made on diamonds at reasonable amounts, which will not explode at high levels, with examples (at level 31 a few hundred, at level 41, 1050 diamonds etc etc)

4. Playing beautifully at events and dreams, you will soon be able to reach the top of the laboratory where you no longer have to stay 24 hours to make a gold box, in which to find 5 greenhouse algae, but now you will be able to manufacture a gold icense in just 8 minutes - of course those catalysts are difficult to obtain, for the license, but its production times are short so that you can produce as varied as possible)

5. A lot of boosters, produced at levels that can be reached quickly - 60, and the possibility of using them whenever you want, to give an even more beautiful experience to the game.

In the next 2 weeks we will update the list of awards at events and you will be able to see the multitude of catalysts that you will be able to win. "

I ended the short presentation ...

Such a communication would have made the update be seen as a positive one and give a big boost to the game.

Too bad, the lack of professionalism on the communication side, because as things seem in this mom, at this gross lack of communication, it seems a HUGE DISASTER ... to be unable to produce the usual blue food, when see at cc in the gold league just 19 catalysts for example.

If the construction has been reduced, then I have no problem at all.

I thought it was too costly to upgrade it till level 20 and all. And that's why I was angry. I'm so sorry for saying it as the "worst" update.

Well no surprise GGS has again shown they are nothing but greedy. You take away what players have already earned or paid for and wrap it in some nonsense about making the game better. In what alternate reality do you take away things purchased and replace it with crap. GGs is too big and bloated to realize they're busying ruining the game for profit. Players opinions mean nothing because GGS figures this will "blow over". I suppose it's time to think about finding a different game.

We should have the option to store our labs. Mine are now worthless. I have a nursery on 3 farms, "the great rewards" did consist of a lot of special seeds, I am not making more special seeds, and there is nothing else to make. No reason for 3 labs if this is the junk we can make.

Worst update!! I agree with most above.... as for needing catalyst now for the lab, going to be slow going... just went thru how many rare catalyst (for premium feeds) you can get in Gold League CC... a total of 188. That won't last long and definitely won't keep three labs running 24/7...

EDIT:

@Exxy (INT1) tell me how you think it is worth getting 188 rare catalyser in one CC when it costs 384 rare catalyser to produce 120 premium duck feed???

You will get them when harvesting the fruits from the orchards, according to the barn descriptions. I've tried and I received 30 when harvesting apples but not when harvesting almonds.

So NOT happy with the new farm lab!!! I had to use almost all of my BF dollars to get back to where I can make premium duck feed NOW I need the catalysts. Change my labs back please GGS

another huge disappointment GGS. The lab is now nothing more than the nursery for special seeds which I do not need right now. I need to be able to make premium feed and fertilizers.
And about the jam factory. Mandatory to build to be able to fill the boat to the boat. I need apple jam and can't even buy it to fill the boat. I'm close to closing down the farms and moving on the something else for entertainment. I've been spending real dollars to play ... no more.

I understand, you dont get enough , for Cow and Duck feed ( its probably both the worst ratio's )

I think they are trying to return premium, to premium category

While we all know, that Premium was easily the standard for everyone, just before this update

The difference between using Premium and Regular feed , isnt that much of a killer if u ask me

There is also now more and more access to Orange feed

And this issue, about catalysts can easily be fixed over time , if they judge, its really not enough being awarded ;p

Ill never understand why majority of people , gives so much importance to very minor things , and tends to ignore fairly major things ;p

There have always been lots of things that could be made in the lab if you wished to upgrade it.... personally I went as far as premium goods and stopped there... all depends how you wish to play of course.

Sorry, embellish it all you want Exxy, but this is a big slap in the face... IMHO!

I honestly dont mind the new donkey house or the jam building, but honestly i dont really like the new farm lab. I had my farm lab to lvl 11 on my mf and it could make all the premium feed i needed. Now i have to upgrade it to lvl 18 just to get the premium duck feed. Good news for me i had a ton saved up like 20k and ive been making it forever, so now i have some to last me for a while until if/when i upgrade my lab to lvl 18. I definetly wont upgrade it past lvl 20 b/c its gonna cost so much and it prob wont even be worth it in my opinion. But thats just my thoughts on it

Well I think this will be the end for me with this game. I've spent real money to get my farms where they are and now everything they update seems aimed at rich players who can afford to regularly spend hundreds. I'll play until what gold and resources I have are gone, then I'm done. There is no fun in this game any more, at least not that I can afford.

well i'am sorry but what did you expect them to do ? you buy boosters to win hwe, and ccs and every other event, now you'll have to buy catalyst, big surprise, o-ya they will give you some as a reward but no way it will be enough , this is a business to them and there just giving us the business, you want to win well they have a booster for that,that's got a name it's called pay to win and anyone can play , just send them your credit card number and you can be top dog too , at least until the next challenge starts,yes this is ruining a fun game but there making a fortune off your spending big bucks, you and i know how to change it STOP BUYING GOLD,

to get your lab to lvl 17 to be able to produce premium goods

lvl12: 32 mil cash or 5819 gold.

lvl13: 36 mil cash or 6546 gold

lvl14: 40 mil cash or 7273 gold

lvl15: 44 mil cash or 8000 gold

lvl16: 48 mil cash or 8728 gold

lvl17: 52 mil cash or 9455 gold

No premium animal feed until Level whatever. What? This is ridiculous and mean. How many employees, in an actual work environment, would stay with a company that started taking away benefits? Any smart company knows that's the best way to lower morale.

This is just so ridiculus. Ive nvr bought gold on this game and i plan on keeping it that way.When i started off i told my self to nvr buy gold cuz i know how fast it can burn down ur real money. This is just there way of making us spend more real money on gold. I have other things to spend my money on. To me, its not bad enough to make me stop playing the game yet but it sure is getting close to making me quit.

I think theres a point when ur trying too hard to make the players spend more of their real money and yall have definently passed that point.

Could yall pls change the farm lab back to how it was? Or at least make it where u dont have to get the lab to lvl 18 just so u can make the blue duck feed??

Yall are already losing a ton of high lvl players cuz yall r getting desprate on players to spend more money on gold if this keeps going on theres gonna be no one left to play at all. Pls fix this
