looks like we got our answer. Too bad, so sad, we don't care about your part of the world.

Oh even better, I just read if you are in Euro you will get 3 lots of fireworks for day 1 rewards. Au with only 4hrs gets 1 lot. How is this fair? How are we suppose to get day 1 rewards?

A couple of years ago they use to give times, but they won't do that any more. It was too handy and players loved it

I know that my main farm is quite well-developed, but thanks to the fireworks I had no issues collecting all of the hard work rewards for day 1.

I was able to collect all the hard work rewards in a couple hours without the fireworks.. Fireworks have helped me to get 5 of the things completed so far

@ninjahuman (AU1) so you stayed up til late and no work the next day. Also obviously you don't live in NZ, where event started at 23:30. What about lower level players with deco still on their farms, not many level 80 players would even come close to completing in 4hrs. We should have the same amount of time as other servers do. Why are we ripped off EVERY time just due to our time zone From our co op where most are under level 100, only the top ranking players got the rewards, our NZ players did not even see day 1

Luckily I had violets ready to harvest which I was collecting for a Mysterious Asia speed task as the booster came. So that helped complete a large number of the rewards already and then I completed the last few with harvesting some buildings for missions in the cooperative championships. So I didn't need much effort and time to complete those rewards but it was because of some luck I guess.

I live in New Zealand as well and I know that the event started late (I think it was 11 pm though because someone was already asking me questions about the event before 11:30 pm) which makes it difficult to complete the hard work rewards. Of course it would be nice if they can change the event so more time can be given for all time zones for the next event, but looking at those rewards it isn't a huge thing to miss out on if a player is not able to get the rewards on the first day.

@ninjahuman (AU1) not for you and I, missing those rewards is not important, you are forgetting what it was like when you were a low level player. Most high level player forget about how hard it is down low as it has been so long since that had to fight for the rewards. Chatting to the co op I am visiting and very few got the day 1 rewards.

Not much better here eater (Canada), the event started at 3:30AM, and reset at 4:00PM, I am a low level player, didn't have a chance to collect most of first days reward,

@Mariann (INT1) thanks for that, my point exactly for lower level, you had 12.5hrs and still could not complete, how can they do it in 4 hrs on AU server.

In my opinion, the rewards in a lot of events are better for lower level players than this one. I think it would more depend on how active the player is and how they plan to play the event as to whether they collect those hard work rewards. But as you said it would be better if they can have a full day to collect those first day hard work rewards.

The event didn't count the collected zodiac signs, kept everything for the fireworks, harvested everything, it got stuck on 72 still needed.

I think what happened there is that when you harvest a building, it randomly selects which type of zodiac chip you receive. You need to collect the specific one that is stated in the hard work reward section. However, it is not guaranteed which one you will receive when you collect buildings unless you spin the wheel. But over time, you should expect to gradually collect more of each type and the one you are trying to collect for the hard work rewards.

I won't really don't understand about start times and how it is so hard.

They can have an event running and the change of day is per server clock, but they can't make the start of event as per server clock. WHY? There should be 0 difference in the coding required.

And Byron, i dont understand why it is so important that you were not able to collect first day rewards for the CNY event

Was there any gamebreaking rewards out there?

I understand you seem to want to be able to say, that uve got them all

but in the end?

Will it affect that much your end result for the CNY decoration? ( I'd say probably not )

@Exxy (INT1) Byron is not speaking so much about himself in this event but for lower level players which would appreciate the chance at getting all the rewards!!!

Not having the same amount of time as everyone just isn't right.... there has to be some way GGS can fix this...

Does anyone know how big is the decoration with and without the pig and dog? Each one of the should make it smaller by 1x1. So does it start at 5x5 and goes to 3x3 or else?

You'll be very lucky or have to spend a ton of time or gold to get your CNY deco even down to a 5x5 size
It starts as a 7x7 & you will need a ton of Dogs & Pigs chips to reduce the size.

I understand, but you know, sometimes you get advantages, sometimes you get disadvantages

it varies a lot for many different events

Aussies have a real nice ending time for most events/competitions on International server

it is just impossible, to make everything fit everyone at all times ;o

I get something like the worst start times for most event in the FL, as it usually right when i go sleep ( so what? )

I get different benefits

Most wheels ends up , exactly during my play time, and usually when most Europeans sleeps

Well, overall i'M just saying, that even if there is small disadvantages left and right, there is also many small benefits left and right that usually compensate for them

Anyway, thats my opinion

)

@Exxy (INT1) yes, of course and for me, I play when I play and get whatever I can get during that time. sometimes I get up at 4am for start of events and others not... same with events ending! the 330 - 4am start/end time for me is horrible LOL I like my sleep!

I would have to say as well, that although for lower level players they might not be able to get a deco or something, from what i've heard, ggs has been adding "starter events" for lower levels where they can get deco's and other farm products for their farm

How unfortunate. :C The only thing how to get them is to wait for fireworks and than spin until you get them. If you get lucky, use some sunflowers with seaweed fertiliser. Gives 630 pictures. Really cant think of any other way to get that many. Becouse it is certainly few thousands total.

Does the notice of New time for Fireworks mean that the one due at 10-15 am (Aussie time) will not be run , if so just wasted 45 mins

Using event seeds during the fireworks booster helps a lot. Unfortunately it can be hard to collect enough but try your best because the decoration is quite good.
