  @amber3 (INT1) has pointed out it will depend on your production cost of each farm.
  "Sunflowers & roses" are most likely your most profitable items for your Main farm for your level.
  Once you are able to get the bakery & get it stocked , "Fruit cake w/ cream" will be your most profitable item for your Gourmet farm. As for the flower farm "Honey cream" will be your most profitable item.
   Now once you get into your DSF (Deep Sea Fishing) area the lobster's will become your profitable item. But if done right, almost any fish & or shell fish can be profitable

  GF:  Bakery most profitable per hour is actually apple turn over when online and fruit cake when not online.

  
  

  FF:  Soap is most profitable per hour when online and honey and cream when not online.
