    I took screen shot today as proof, it has done it to me every day I open Satan's workshop, which is every day..  Here is today after and before.  I think every day we have opened since the update it has taken 240 gold.  I do believe it is effecting everyone, just some have not noticed, some never open Satan's workshop.  Others have only done a couple of times, but I think you will find it is EVERYONE every day they open it.  We will want our gold back and not just a flat compensation, for me so far I believe it is 1440 gold

    Not a chance am gonna even try, I am staying away from the event altogether. I think I have lost gold on it twice already. It worked fine the first couple of times I tried. At least I think it did.

    Doing the math, I believe you are right. We should be compensated the full amount of GOLD (not decos, not feed, not soothing words) for each day of the event.

    Same here. 240 gold will lost every day when I click on Santa workshop at parking lot. That's why start from tomorrow I will no click it again until this problem fixed.

    I think it's getting everyone, as well.
    Some of my people have the sound off so they don't hear it, but it explains why their gold amount is going down.

    I am up to 12 fantastic level 9 deco this year, I love it, at this rate my FF will only have level 9 deco on it after next Christmas.  It has a couple of bugs that I hope will be fixed and the gold returned.  Other than that it is great way to get great decorations for rubbish in inventory, like 40M dung I had and 15+M leaves 30+M golden horse shoe, great to turn these things into something useful.

    On the other hand if my gold is not return I will not be very happy, but I won't panic on that until GGS gets back in office.

    I expect that GGS reaches their Investor goal, of lifting goldsales i Q4 by 50% compared to Q3.

    I have also lost gold with Santa's workshop.  I did not use gold to spin only the free spin so why has gold been removed from my account?

    Please GGS return all my lost gold from this event.

    Utoh, do you mean that GGS, on purpose implemented a bug stealing our gold so they can reach their investor goal of lifting goldsales? That would be a serious accusation.....

    I was wondering where my gold had been leaking off to and now I know.

    This morning after waiting the 24 hours for the timer to rest for free spins the workshop took 240 from my account as soon as it opened.

    I'm not sure how long this has been going on but 240 gold each day adds up so I sent in my ticket to support. I will take before and after screenshots tomorrow morning.

    At least Robin Hood robbed the rich to help the poor, here it seems the GG/BFG are robbing to poor players to enrich themselves. Shame on them. The simple solution is to reverse the entire Satan's Workshop and refund us our stolen gold; yes..... stolen! Epic fail much?

    Doubt they did that on purpose. Problem is that it should have been corrected or Santas Workshop terminated before they left on Christmas holidays. For that they should be ashamed. Can´t find any excuse for not taking care of it and instead just let it keep running.

    Wonders if they really will give us our unrightfully lost gold back or what reason for not doing so they dare try to feed us.

    This is a true scandal.

    Yep, my gold has been taken as well, twice I know of, but could have been more, I had not noticed until I read about this and I am missing the gold.  :/

    I would like to add my annoyance at gold being taken when I open up Santa's workshop.

    Will there be a return of gold to everyone or do we need to send in individual tickets to support?

    I don't think it happened the first half of the Workshop.
    At least we (in our co-ops) only noticed it during this second half.

    Something happened when they redid the Workshop.
    All of my family and my co-op are losing gold during this second half.

    no i dont have gold you said it didnt cost gold to play the santas workshop i have waited now 2 days for it to be ready for me to refill it, but there is no timer, i wont be purchasing gold.     I'm getting the same thing and have lost around 2000 gold.  i clicked the building several times because i knew my 24hrs was up.  I didn't realize i was losing gold every time i clicked on the building. i tried refreshing and clicking again - lost gold.  i tried clearing cache and clicking on it again - and got the 'Not enough Gold' error which is when i realized i was losing gold every time i clicked on the building.  This is a perfect example of why i have stopped buying gold, at least i only lose the gold i win in the game now. Yes, this favorite event of mine is now something i'll never do again and i'm not holding my breath expecting to have my gold returned.

    I noticed the gold loss when someone else in our co-op sent out a message to the members.  Playing on Australia 1 & US-1; same problem on both servers.

    I am not in any co-op, but when I mentioned that I lost gold from the Santa Workshop on US-1, it seems that I was thought to be crazy, but I guess I wasn't at all aye. I doubt very much that they will Refund the Gold that was taken.
