    Curious and curiousery Maybe GGS added up gold bought over certain time and think you can do it Its about £150 in real money here No deals on except GML Those take time unless upgraded mine

    I'm not sure what controlled substances our boy Lester might be on, but I don't have anywhere near that amount of gold and don't know what I would want to spend it on (in 24 hours) if I had it.

    I love the idea of this event, but if it's going to be ridiculous amounts of gold, it will be a big fail, I'm afraid.

    Edit:  A level 88 player in my co-op has just received an offer from Lester to spend 94,000 gold.
    FULLY agree with you, Pingo - Lester can jump up and down all he wants behind my market, no way I plan to spend that much gold on such a thing ... coop member is level 72, and was asked to spend 32.000 gold ... No way!  :p

    I never got a Lester standing there or anywhere! Server is interrupted by Lester or Locust or something else. Please fix it!!!!

    To GoodGame Studio:   Get rid of locust event, it has crashed your server, and now, nobody can work on their farms.

    I have completed the 10 orders, recived the $25.000 from lester and he walked away towards the bridge over the river,but i have not recived a gold spending order from lester.

    Anybody have the same problem??? :#:#

    We're "supposed" to get "lots of premiums" for spending our gold.... another "gimme" for GGS.

    Same thing happened to me - Lester just walked off into the sunset...

    From what I am hearing, you are offered to spend an extremely large amount of gold (someone told me they were offered to spend 56k gold) in order to reap the benefits of this event. This is just away to get you to buy gold. So, what I gather is it is pointless to even interact with Lester unless you plan to pull out your credit card on this one. I assumed it was going to be spend what you have, and double your money. I guess I was wrong. Don't waste donating your goods to his market consumers unless you plan to whip out the CC!

    Lester is a mess.  He needs to go back to the drawing board and start over. My game has crashed for most of the day, due to Lester not working right. I have been able to help Lester with 2  that's TWO items during the whole day. Maybe you can fix this guy and start again on another day ?

    How can you tell which customers are Lester"s & which are your own?
    I agreed to help Lester & got a smilie face with a 1/10.
    I filled an order & nothing happened.  Was that my own order or his? 
    Sorry, but I'm confused (not complaining).

    i think it is counting any of the people that walk up with a order not the inside of the market but it sure does seem to be giving a lot less people then normal

    they are the same they count for him and you still get the money from selling the stuff

    If they are for Lester too....how do you tell they are counted? The 1/10 above the smilie face does not change.

    it does on mine you are only counting the people that stand out side the market with the order above there head right? because everyone i have had has counted i have had 6 and that is what lester says 6/10

    Yes, it's the one with the order above their head.....one of the usual ones that walk to the market.  I'll have to wait till another comes & see what happens with the second one.

    Ok...now it makes sense.  The smilie had a 1/10 over it......it already showed a 1 for the first customer before that customer even came.  When the customer came & I filled the order, nothing happened.  When I filled the order for the second customer it changed to a 2/10 over the smilie.  Its working right.

    Do you have to spend all the gold lester asks you to spend or can you spend less and get the amount you spent back from him the next day?

    The amount of gold you will be asked to spend is higher than the amount of gold  you have at the moment, hence to be able to comply with Lester's nonsense request you have to buy some gold

    this is just an almost clever camouflage for a 100% bonus on a gold purchase

    GGS you could ask your developers to spend time on more interesting additions, this game is not going forward, not even sideways, it\s going in vicious circles

    If Lester asks for you to spend 100,000 gold, and you only spend 99,000, then you will get nothing at all back from him.  But if you spend 101,000 gold, then he will give you back 100,000 gold.
