    I am still upset and angry that only some players have this feature and are able to earn rewards while I don't even get the option. Have played almost 2 years, and have seen a lot of unfair advantages but this one really annoys me.

    I know this is a trial, but (so far) 2 weeks of free gold and rewards for the chosen few hardly seems fair to me.

    It isn't fair. I agree with you, but I don't see any indication it will change soon. Frustrating.

    As for that Anti Smoking Ad-- I cringed when it did appear cuz it did freeze up the screen but i tried just closing it and the next offer went to game or take a quiz ad.
                                             HOWEVER
    now i have no videos to watch, just a blank TV screen on both of my farms.. ....  are they  on am intermittent schedule?.....are  there any daily limits in the formula?  how come some members get them and others not??
    questions questions questions!!!   Waiting patiently... o:)

    Yahoooo!!! Jabadabaduhhh, that stupid video-crap seems to have been gone from me :smiley: 
    My bottom-screen now again shows my building-slot, and the movie-screen behind the park-place are just blank white  - not longer that annoying flicker.

    (Now I just hope this not is an errorl, they'll fix so I get that crap back again later.)

    Blank screens with couch and TV screen for past three days :(
    the same for my partner spider :(
    The whole set up is annoying and frustrating, some people get vids ,some don't .Its totaly unfair and has gone on for long enough .

    4 for me again today, exactly the same ads as yesterday in exactly the same order. Isn't there supposed to be some sort of randomness to what you see, or do you really think I need to use more deodorant and watch sweaty men throwing odd shaped balls around?

    As for me, @roadrunnernm (US1), these videos have indeed been on an intermittent schedule all the time. I can play them (when it works, that is - most of the time it doesn't work); only 2 every morning, since 2 days for a few hours, and then the screen turns blank .... Then, somewhere in the afternoon it starts again.... :p  But after those 2 days I want back to my normal schedule of 2 videos every morning, nothing more. Sometimes I can collect the rewards, sometimes not.

    I've had the same 12-14 video game ads since the thing started.

    Some members of our coop cant get videos and some can. Some that can get videos get a choice of what they want to receive, eg gold, cash and feed while others get no choices and only get the mystery boxes. Nothing is consistent here When will you make it so that everyone gets the same benefits? I know people with low levels and high levels that get to choose their bonus yet there are some in the middle that cant

    It's still in a try-out stage, @Mommasfarm (GB1) - so GGS is trying out several ways on several randomly selected players. Only after this try-out is finished we will all get the same video feature implemented. Up until now the selected players reported too many bugs, which will be tackled in tomorrow's update, if everything goes right. After that, well I guess we all have to be somewhat patient before this video thingy will be implemented and run smoothly for all of us.  ;)

    Ok then, but why not equalize the playing field? If some players are reaping all the benefits, compensate those of us who haven't even been given the chance to try the features. This test has not been fair at all. Getting really annoyed that people are complaining that they only get a few videos and rewards, while many of us get NOTHING.

    Movie now got a bit buggy. From good daily flow it turned into an occasional 1 or 2 videos. Sometimes the cinema and play button appears to be ready, but screen goes blank when play button is pressed. :)

    This is my first time checking out this page but felt that I should share my experiences. Please note the following is my (as well as my wife's since I hear about her stuff as well) personal experience and not definitive fact:

    A) The movie ad screen works well for me daily and I can typically get around 10-12 ads a day. However, they are almost always the same ones. At the beginning I had upwards of 40 different ones (over different days) but it has since filtered down to the 10 or so. Out of those 10 I get paid for each of them but find that occasionally I need to relog as the screen likes to hold the reward page hostage- for those who have the same issue I say BE PERSISTENT! I give it 2-3 closes to get it to work and it usually pops up with my reward.

    B) The variety of rewards that I get are, um, limited. I think I can give an all inclusive list as follows and maybe only forget one or two items: cash 7k-11k, gold 20-40, a special seed for main farm (all types offered but only choice of 1 at a time,) 10 feed for farm animals- almost only being goat or chicken though, 10 honeydew, 10 super liquid fertilizer, 10 liquid fertilizer, AND the last 2 are actually cool (besides gold)- 5 seaweed feed been offered 2x, 1 token (also offered 2x) Please note the above items listed and then consider that cash and gold are constant. My other 2 are almost always liquid fertilizer and a farm food. I'm aware that my vids work better than most but does anyone have more variety than myself?

    C) Lastly, a very interesting thing I noticed (and may be affecting some of you guys as well is this- ONLY the bigfarm.goodgamestudios.com site lets me play vids. No others (shockwave, addictinggames, thebigfarm, etc.) seem to have it for me. I did some testing with it and find that if I have vid offers in GGS log out and go to a diff site then they go away, but immediately return upon relogging to GGS. Can't be a coincidence. Hopefully this helps some of you as I'm noticing a lot of frustration from others with the ads whereas I do not have that dilemma and can view numerous ones daily without much trouble.

    A side note, I'm using windows 10 with Microsoft edge. Comp is fairly new and may account for some of why the vids are so smooth but shouldn't be the only reason. Hopes this helps people more than it does frustrate you...

    Not all players have it yet, it is being given out to only some, to get feedback and check for any problems. Once things are ok, they will be given to the rest of us gradually.

    You made a new thing to watch movies and gain cold, or other things. At the farm from my friend marfli it is functioning, but not on my farm boergerrit4.

    Not every farm has got the videos.  It is a trial to see how it goes with the players and will be given to everyone in the near future.  I do not have the videos but my 2 daughters do, and 2 members in my coop also do not have the videos.

    when it 1st started had the ads but no more than 6 a day,with 4 choices of rewards. Then they stopped just before horse fiasco,even with update + bug fix I have no ads,so the fix did not work my end

    Not sure what this "fix" was supposed to do but it anti-fixed me. I went from roughly 12 working ads a day to 2 dysfunctional very messy ones of which one did not reward me. I've had roughly 100 ads that I have viewed without a problem and now after they "fixed it" I am having trouble. Hoping other people had better luck than myself.


    Update:

    Just to update my last post, I have since had a few more option in the rewards menu. Can't complain in that respect anymore. Now just to get the ads back at all...

    I am told by my co op members that they can see the couch and projector.  I can not see it on my farm or on any of the other farms.  Can you help me with this problem?

    There are still many bugs with the video ads. Sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. It may take a while for the company to get everything working properly.  :)

    Every time I watch those ads I do not receive any prizes.  Why should I watch them if no prize is at the end?  This is happening every day.  No problems with all the other ads as a prize is at the end.

    I am watching all of the adverts and not skipping.  Just sick and tired of watching the same kid babbling about goodness knows what (I have since turned the sound off when he is on).  Some days I watch around 25-27 adverts and receive my 20 prizes.  Why are we watching extra for nothing?

    Anyone else have the same problem?

    Please don't tell me - why bother about watching extras or anything similar?  A real answer would be nice.

    I enjoyed a new one today about the Deaf & NSW Fire Service announcement about smoke alarms for the deaf and the other ways to let them know that their smoke detector has been activated.

    I have the same with the NestleBaby ads, none of them pay. So as soon as I see one of those now I close it and open a new one.

    I've watched the new advertising videos  2-3 times...but i noticed i have not been getting any of the gifts. The gold, money, certificates...nothing. Has anyone been facing this problem?

    Still no movies for me - this is getting old. Time to switch and get feedback from the rest of us who have not have exposure maybe??

    What I don't understand is why these video ads weren't beta tested before being introduced into the game in the first place. If you want players to respond positively to the ads, they have to work properly before their introduction. So now you have players who don't even bother with watching them because they don't get the promised awards. And I share the concerns that many have of possible viruses from these third party ads. If they can't be fixed soon, they should be pulled from the game until the bugs can be ironed out.

    I just want to tell you that f  you want to keep ur players u have to do better
    In my coop we missed about 5 players because of to many events end no videos
