Can we do SPECIALISED FARMING ?

Is it possible to just SPECIALISE in one farming type? Say just have all fields to grow corn.
Or a few fields and loads of cow sheds to be a Dairy Farm?
I am thinking of demolishing the pig shed as the price of pigs is so low.

You could also make a production farm, many production buildings and only couple of decorations.
But it is your choice on how you want to make your farm.
The apple and cherry orchards, and pig-sheds are gone....
Bear in mind that pigs are used for various tasks & events (such as the Asian event currently running) & also the ship asks for pigs sometimes, so you may not want to get rid of them totally, but having said that, a fully upgraded doghouse will give you 1000 pigs now & then, which would cover the ship, so if you are not to bothered about events, it could work out for you without any. ^^
You might wanna rethink the apples though.
Chickens harvest every 13 mins, maximum $/min but you need to be logged on a lot.
Cows milk every 7 hrs, maximum $/harvest and you only need to log on 3 times a day.
Pigs are not as profitable as the others either way but, as others have said, you do need some for events etc.
You will want to produce enough dung to produce enough fertiliser to support your orchards.
