People with things on their heads?

I am a bit new to this game,
When a worker has a 'thing' on his head,
do we have to click on it before he pinches it?

He is not pinching but offering you a free gift

Hovering over it is enough to get your 'prize', no clicking necessary :-)

And the first 5 times in a row you collect the value of the prize goes up. There are also an Achievements for your sticker book, the tab with the trophy on it, if you do it in a row often enough. The top level is 100 in a row

Just hover your mouse over it, you will get items or money that can be harvested on that specific farm.

At the candy farm, the rewards from workers start at 10 sugar dollars, up to 50.  1/3 of the time, you get vouchers, start at 3, up to 15.  Way more than any other farm.
