Where do you get the private pool deco please?

My list for the Hawaii event has;
kiddie pool
inflatable pool
relaxation pool
family swimming pool
complete pool fun set
luxury swimming pool
oasis pool

but I do not see a "private pool"
I checked the deco tower level 13, and also did not see it there
is there maybe one that has a different name on a different server?
or is there by chance a pool deco that was offered at some other summer event in the past?

@amazingrose7 (GB1) where have you see this deco?

I took it to be this one from stage 5 of Hint of Hawaii.

sorry for not replying, I saw it on another person's farm and thought I need one of those. But is that 16,000 peaches, crikey! What sparked my interest was it gave a booster effect, not mentioned on the deco tower.
