Seaweed

I'm getting seaweed off the fish I catch on the docks every once in a while.

The game did mention something about turning it into Hermes and fertilizer, but I can't seem to find where that's located

am I simply not looking in the right place or do I have to be a higher level to unlock something later on

( for reference IM at level 20 or 21 something like that)

I can't remember because I took some time off from the game

Making Sailor's Fragrance is the only current use for it now I think of
Others might think of something else



Before the change in the lab it did have other uses including fertilizer

well the reason why I asked was because the description of the seaweed did say something about fertilizer and other items is it some kind of oversighted bug
