Cannot access quests

in Bug Reporting & Technical Issues
I cannot access the quests' list on the left hand sidebar. It will only show me 4 or 5 and when I scroll down, I can see they're all there, but as soon as I try to click on them, they disappear and again only the first 4 or 5 show. The result is that I have no idea how far I have progressed in a quest.

Can someone please advise?

    Have you tried clearing your cache: That helps with a lot of weird behaviour.
