September Update - - BF anniversary month begins

It’s time for the new update! As the Big Farm anniversary month is approaching, you farmers might already be in a celebratory mood. Again, as last year, we have prepared a lot of things for you to enjoy during the upcoming weeks. So let’s get to it!
Fly the Anniversary Flag
One of our lasting traditions for Big Farm anniversary month is, making a flag displaying the number of the year. The anniversary would be so different without this tradition, right? So, here you go! In celebration of our 9th year for farming and harvesting, you can get a Nine years of Big Farm flag by participating in the upcoming anniversary event, which has been planned to start in the first half of October.
Help us build an anniversary float on your farm for all festivities! Go and get the flag through participating in the event and fly it on your farm to celebrate the 9th anniversary of Big Farm throughout the month of October!
Further Research for Special Seeds
Like making special seeds at the nursery on your main farm, you can now produce green special seeds for your Obsidian farm crops at the conservatory. To do that, you need to complete a newly added special seeds research, which requires you to finish the conservatory research beforehand. Once it's done, your conservatory can start producing special seeds for Rye, Saffron, Sage, Tomato and King Salmon Eggs. By unlocking this feature, you can surely develop your Obsidian farm further, but this can also bring more profit to your main farms.
New Addition After the Tutorial
For those of you who have played Big Farm for a long time this will be an easy task. However, for newbies this may prove to be quite a challenge, remember? After the tutorial, new farmers can take part in a special version of the single Hardworker event and can learn all important things about Big Farm, such as farming and harvesting. On top of that, newbies can also get a Rural chicken coop as a reward. If those of you who have done this before and if you encounter new farmers playing their very first Hardworker event, you can help them as Farmer George helped you!
Last but not least, we want to give you a heads-up on a technical improvement for the game loading time. So we hope some of you can see some noticeable change at the login.

- Upgrading the Rural pigsty to level 10 now unlocks the criteria to do the “Donkey stable (Level 10)” research
- Upgrading the Rural chicken coop to level 10 now unlocks criteria to do the “Duck coop (Level 10)” research

- Beach garden's output bonus was fixed to increase gradually from +30% to +50% as intended
