A shop to spend surplus certificates

After our garages are all at level 8, there isn't as much motivation to keep getting certificates. Could we please have a shop to spend surplus certificates on that would offer us some unique things for the farm that you can't get anywhere else. Perhaps the shop would only be unlocked after the garages are maxed out.

    I know you are not alone concerning the build up of garage certs.  But if I remember right, last year when the Santa event came to our farms we could trade in a lot of our "excesses" for higher quality decos.  I do remember seeing that certificates was one of the items Santa accepted....even dung!  So take heart, those  certs won't go any where and you will find that you can give them to Santa...hopefully he will come this year, we will just have to wait and see.  :)
