Gold mining License

Make is sure that we can double any amount of gold with 1 gold mining license, up to a maximum of 2000 golds.
If I want to double 100 gold with a gold mining license, it is possible.

    I don't think that would be a good use of the GMLs. You'd want to get the most bang for your buck, and using it for any amounts other than the max would be a terrible waste. Those GMLs are getting harder and harder to come by.

    I could see it being useful for if I overspent and caused my gold supply to drop to below 2000.
    I did it once and it took a very, very long time to get it back up at only 30 gold per week  :¬(

    I'm with @Uncle John (GB1)  other than I try to always keep 3500 Gold on hand
    so if good old Omar of the Big Farm Deals is in a good mood & happens to want to sell me a GML
     - I have the Gold to buy it/1500 Gold plus start it/2000 Gold in my level 2, or better, mine
     - makes 500 more Gold each time.
    As Uncle John says at 30 Gold a week it can take a long time to recoup back to your minimum
