    No WWC rewards for many in the coop and myself. I was looking for the halftime to help with CC. Hope this is resolved quickly.

    For me, being placed into the Farmer League divisions with level 300+ players all the time is crazy, but "equally fair" never entered my mind....

    yep....the farmers league has had issues from the start of it too but this stuff just makes it even harder to get anywhere. I am boycotting this CC & may well boycott future events too as it is a waste of time & effort. A whole month of working for nothing has taken me past my tolerance level

    i work extremely hard and as i said i was ranked 2nd for the WWC. previously this type of mess affected me and i got no compensation for it.
    currently i am ranked #1 for the Farmers League Season. http://prntscr.com/po0fkx
    now i am competing with people for FL divisional ranking who have "double" the resources that i have!
    just where is the fairness in this!

    Many in my coop did not receive their half time or the other rewards like the gold boxes.  Only one who did get their rewards was online.  The rest of us were offline.

    Would be good to know when this will be fixed.  With only a 12 hr half time, if I start long running things will completely miss out on the benefit.  And also loosing points in the CC.

    This after not getting village fair rewards whenever I was offline.  I guess you have to be online 24/7 to get rewards in this game.

    This is a big mess for most players who ended in a high ranking with  HW Farmers Competition and because of that placed in a new pool with other overall high ranking players which did get their prices and gaining more CC points then I am able off.... 

    Why is the  moderatorteam quiet with no responce (besides a question), no reply from a support employee at my ticket and NO ISSUE tread from the moderatorteam?

     I am very upset/angry and If this problem is not solved TODAY I will cancel all my subscriptions and even consider to not play this game anymore!

    Exactly! Some players have due to faults  gained more then 200 hours halftime booster...so  they were getting the right price and  now also for problems which didn't affect there farms??

    The disadvantage is becoming bigger and bigger for the ones which had this issue!!!

Those are the ones I remember (in the 5-20 rank tier of the highest league (level 250+ or whatever)).

    they keep piling on the insults to hardworking players!! the people i mentioned earlier who got double rewards were ONCE AGAIN!!! given rewards. 
    now they have 3 times the reward i i got for doing FAR LESS than i did!
    such bullcrap!!!

    Also we have lost over 6 hours advantage in the CC & the farmers league. I am still boycotting it & will not be buying any gold. I am seriously considering stopping playing altogether now as this is becoming a mockery where players who worked hardest got less than those who didnt do as much. This stuff is happening on a regular basis with constant errors in the game with every event. Stupid to keep trying really?

    Well, did you take photographs to PROVE these things?  You know they'll ask......

    Thank you, Yep no decos, no gold chests  and less rewards than least effort players.
    I sent support a message to look it up, as I don't know my final placement anyway, never saw an end screen. 
    And I'm bubbling with expletives.

    This is totally unacceptable. In my opinion we should all boycott the events & stop using gold. Hit back at GGS where it hurts......their bank account !!!!

    I just want to report that many in my coop are missing their premium fertilizers, premiums feeds ect... since you handed out the 1/2 time.

    I was online just as WCC ended.  Finally got 1/2 time after 10a...logged off and logged back on at 2p...1/2 time gone for 20 min.  I have no idea if I got any other prizes  :(   I just bought a L7 wildflower book and the gold is gone but NO book  :(

    After the maintenance thing, I am not receiving, AGAIN, my rewards, especially mystery boxes!

    Hi everyone,
    Clearly this has not been a perfect fix, but it was Friday afternoon & I am sure that you appreciate at least having your boosters before the weekend. Yes, some people have ended up with more, but no one should have less than they earned & by doing tickets for your other rewards, Support will be able to credit those more accurately. As those affected did not get the end of event pop-up, Support must realise that you will not all know what rank you finished on, so all you can do is say that in your ticket & just give whatever information you do have. I do not know whether or not Support can see your final ranking, I will ask on Monday and, if they can, that will certainly help.

    @rie22 (US1) That is an odd thing to happen, did they try the usual fixes, clearing caches, reloading game (CTRL+F5), looking on other browsers etc ?

    @AHC (US1) You will need to contact Support about your book, which will be easy enough for them to check for you - Are you sure that you did not buy a "Wildflower Bouquet" book instead, as I have seen that happen before.

    @FarmerAlfalfa (INT1) As Southern explained to you (on a different thread), if you produce some Goldfish flakes, that should trigger your activity rewards for the GFR event to be sent to you, have you tried that?

    I already had the wildflower bouquet L7 book.   I messaged support and never got any answer usually there is a response that they got the message bt I have heard nothing since friday

    @WascallyWabbit some got their stuff back other didn't get their premium stuff back...The people in my coop that had their items return, it mysteriously returned on its own.  Others, the items are still missing...

    well, hope I am not too late. I have a sure feeling that I have lost a lot of rewards from the WWC, all peope in my coop are reporting on several hours of ½-time they have got and the compensation too. I only have got the compensation. I am not able to proove anything of this, but I miss gold-boxes and other items from the wwc. Dont know exactly which, but I didn´t get anything. At least I feel so.

    What do I have to do ??
