Are you saying that you haven't received that deco reward yet, even though your points are higher than the reward indicates ?

Just try to log in again, or alternatively, wait some minutes.

This happened to me last night too with a building tokens reward, there was quite a delay in the reward turning up but it did eventually do so (I'd say in less than 10 minutes, at least).

Xcution, if the deco is not in your inventory, the only thing you can do is to open a ticket, indicate the time it happened (or didn't happen, in this case) ... your first post here was at 8:53 CEST, so it must have been around that time, yes?

Also, include the screenshot up there ^^^ as your "evidence".
