    I remember once when a player tried to donate a large amount of farm dollars into their cooperative and it went to a maximum of 2,147,483,647 dollars. Could that have possibly been the amount that you got? It would explain the issue since that may be the limit of a 32-bit system that would be used to deal with items being sold for farm dollars.

    i think that's actually 800 million not billion short

    I have never had a good experience with support.  Now, I have done as GGS asked, and contacted them, and they have denied it.

    This is a problem.  There is a bug in the system, and instead of addressing it......their answer was to tell me that I was wrong!

    I saved those lobsters for years.  I knew exactly how many I had before I sold them.  Nothing was left to chance.  Lots of people would not have noticed, but because I had saved them for a singular purpose, for a long time, I knew exactly what I had.

    This is beyond shameful.

    @gavinfarms (US1) Its not exactly a bug & not something fixable, we have warned players before to avoid transactions over $2,147,483,647, maybe time to post a reminder - It didn't used to happen because we had storage limits on everything. Anyhow, one of the devs tested & confirmed that it does occur when selling too many lobsters & Support will get back to you.

    We have also asked if the "max sell" button can automatically be limited to 2 billion dollars.

    @Rocky123 (IN1) It was an issue with the Swift Seeder in the greenhouse. :)

    i have a filling it has to do with the soccer event so they have time to do updates they need to do before it starts with out having to do them during the WWC and breaking it but i think they could have waited another week and that would have been a lot better

    Doesnt matter when it starts , gives free 100 rewards for just collecting farm twice or thrice a day and completing weekly events except the fishing slot  :) . And whoever is free can do good scores , others like me can just enjoy free rewards .

    Here is the problem............Every time that I have used support (yes, every time), the exact same things happens.  They do a poor job of investigating things and write me an email, explaining that I am wrong.  Then after I complain in the forum, someone digs deeper, and realizes that it was a real problem.  Then they instruct support to correct it.  Seriously.......what is the point of support?  In every single case with me, they have not bothered to think it through and have been wildly off in their explanation.  So really, what is the point?  I know of other players who don't bother to come to the forum and complain.  They just accept it when support gives them the shaft.  Or perhaps that is the goal?.....to get people to give up and move on?

    I think it very much matters.  It lets us know that they are up to something.  It just seems like they could share that with us.

    Hi everyone, I noticed a very unusual and minor change on the horse ranch, wondering if others have noticed and what the reasoning might be. training horses seems to have gotten verrrrry slightly more expensive?

    I have level 5 horse training buildings, I always spend 2k horse shoes to train a level 0 brand-new horse to levl 13-and-a-half. I then spend an additional 2k horseshoes to train from level 13.5 up to 15, at this point I am 20 horseshoes away from level 16.

    except today. I did the exact same thing. 2k horse shoes just like always, got me to 13.5, didnt check the specifics. but then training again, 2k horseshoes got me to level 15... except now I am not 20 points away from level 16, I am instead 90 points away from level 16.

    its such a minor change, if i didn't do the exact same thing everytime I might not have noticed at all. can't fathom a reason for such. Thanks for reading.
