Trouble donating to Candy Palace

Since I have been on my candy farm and had the items to donate to the palace, I get a pop up saying; 'This is an invalid pacameter.' So I lowered the amount to donate, then it would go through. Today, that wouldn't work and I can't donate any items. 
Does anyone have this problem too? I am going to send in a repair ticket anyway.
