no co op tree

I no longer have co op tree and in ranking it says I'm looking for a co op, this has happened in the past but my senior mind can't remember how to fix it..lol. I've gone to another farm and back to main and logged out & in, but still no tree. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Are you in any coop?
we can see coop tree only if we are in any coop.
If you are able to have a screenshot then you can post it here. It may help us to understand the problem easily.

yes I'm in a co op and for other members I still show as being in it. Going to close computer and see if that helps. I've tried doing screenshots but alas it's beyond my very limited technical abilities

I can see your coop tree just fine on your farm

You're in countryville coop, probably clearing cache and cookies wil fix the display error, good luck!

yup that's what happened last time this occurred @grrr (NL1) for everyone else I was fine. Shut down the computer, restarted, cleared cache and ctrlf5 and tree back. Made a note of what I did so if/when it happens again will not need to depend on "senior mind"....lol

This happened to our co op leader last night and he fixed it by closing out of the game and coming back in.
