My coop friend bought two pack's of gold,but it never came to her???

Hi, My coop friend has bought two pack's of gold today! But she never recived it on her farm! We are talking about 5400 of gold! Not too much, but this is not first time it happens so! Will you please help me - so I can help my friend? (it's not about reconeccting,or clearing the catches, gold never came on her farm!! ) 

Please , only answers that will answer my question,otherwise I will bring this question up every day till she gets her gold!! 

( and it's not just her from my coop, two other players also!!)

If your friend has reloaded the game (CTRL+F5) and her gold has still not appeared, she will need to contact support, because they are the only ones that can trace the payment & give her her gold.

Also, straight from the Tech help thread about this particular subject:

Are you experiencing any of the following issues....

• Purchased Gold has not been credited

If so, in MOST cases these things are not actually missing at all, they are simply not showing up on your screen for some reason. 

In ALL cases of missing items, first do the following things...

• Reload your game by clicking in the address bar (URL) on the page & then CTRL+F5
• Clear your Browser Cache
• Clear your Flash Cache

If that does not correct the issue & your items are still missing, you will need to Contact Support as they are the ONLY people that can see what has happened on your account & make any necessary corrections. No one on the forums can see what happened to your stuff or do anything about recovering it.

After emailing Support, you will receive an automated reply confirming receipt of your email & giving you a ticket number. You will then be contacted again when your ticket is dealt with. 

Please be patient, Support sometimes receive a high volume of tickets & this can lead to an increase in response times.



NOTE: If you are missing exactly 2000 gold - Did you start your gold mine or rename your horse?
