Question about Facebook contest

Stan posted about a contest to win a Kindle Fire on the US forum. After reading the Terms and Conditions, I see that folks in the US aren't eligible to win. I know there are people on the US sever that are from different countries but I'm wondering why the info about the contest wasn't posted on this forum as well. Also the date on the Terms and Conditions is July 29, 2015 but the post was 2 days ago. I'm confused...Am I missing something?

you're right, the contest is only available for German, Austrian, Swiss, French, Italian and Spanish players.
